Community centres and local governments
The contract gives a local government or a cultural centre under its administration the right to use musical works for public performances at various events (e.g. concerts, dance evenings, fairs, movie nights). The amount of the licence fee depends on the type of event.
After the event (whether it is a with entrance fee event or without entrance fee event), a financial report must be submitted by the 20th day of the following month. The financial report template for cinema and theatre productions can be found here.
In the case of a live performance (featuring a band or artist), a repertoire report must also be submitted. Based on the received reports, a license fee invoice will be issued.
